Zapier Integration

How to set up your Zapier integration and create zaps to publish your Copysmith content just about anywhere!

Requirements: You must have a Zapier account to set up this integration

Connect your Copysmith account with your Zapier account.

  1. Navigate to Add-Ons located on the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click on Integrations, scroll down to Zapier, and click Connect.

  3. Scroll to the top of the page and click Show API Keys.

  4. Copy the Zapier API key to your clipboard.

  5. Scroll back down to the Zapier box and beneath the Connect button, click the Click here to accept beta invitation link.

  6. Click the Accept Invite & Build a Zap button at the bottom of the page.

  7. When you begin creating a Zap, you'll search for Copysmith and be prompted to paste the Zapier API key you copied from before.

Create your first Zap!

  1. In your Zapier account, click Create Zap and select the Copysmith app from your app event menu.

  2. Select from 3 choices in your trigger menu:

    • File Created

    • Document Published

    • Document Created

  3. Select the appropriate template type for which this Zap will be pulling information from.

  4. Continue following the Zapier prompts to publish your Copysmith content to the app of your choosing.
